Instructor

Wendy Nelson has been a student and teacher of Wisdom traditions for 30 years. She is a Certified BodyTalk Instructor, Asian Bodywork Practitioner, Certified Qigong Instructor, Somatic Psychotherapist, and Certified Massage Therapist. Wendy has passion for her work, compassion for her clients, a gentle, healing touch and a deep respect for the uniqueness and pacing of each individual's life journey. Above all, she delights most in those moments when her clients and students feel empowered by connecting with their own intuition and inner wisdom.

Course Description

BodyTalk: Fundamentals - Part 1

BodyTalk: Fundamentals - Part 1 provides a comprehensive introduction to the BodyTalk system and presents many powerful treatment techniques that address a wide variety of diseases. This course consists of theoretical aspects as well as hands on practical application of the BodyTalk Fundamentals treatment techniques. The elements of the BodyTalk protocol addressed in this course are as follows:

  • Getting Permission for Body/Mind Access
  • Basic Cortex Correction for Neurological Imbalance
  • Switching (Basic Dyslexia Treatment)
  • Balancing Sphenobasilar Junction
  • Balancing Hydration and Water Metabolism
  • Clearing Scars and Adhesions
  • Specific balancing of the 12 major body organs, 8 endocrine systems, and other body parts.
  • Addressing Viruses, Infections, Parasites, Food Intolerances, Toxins, and Allergens,
  • Clearing Past and Present Emotional Blockages, including Specific Phobias, Fears and Belief Systems.

BodyTalk: Fundamentals - Part 2

This course builds on the knowledge gained in BodyTalk: Fundamentals - Part 1 and expands the treatment techniques to include the entire basic BodyTalk system. Once again, both the theory and the practical aspects of the BodyTalk techniques are covered. New BodyTalk protocol addressed in this course are as follows:

  • Specific balancing of brain function
  • Restoring energy imbalances between the client and certain aspects of the environment
  • Cellular Repair (addressing vaccines, hereditary and other acquired diseases)
  • Cleansing the lymphatic system including all the body lymph glands and the lymph ducts.
  • Treating energy blockages associated with the nervous and circulatory systems, including improvement of the circulation of nerves and blood to, from or within, specific areas of the body
  • Balancing the various energy systems within the body including the traditional acupuncture meridians and the Chakras
  • Unwinding the Spine, aligning the Musculo-Skeletal System
  • Treating the 36 surface energy points that often impact a person's energy level, mood, overall structural integrity, muscle tension, and digestive system. Surface energy imbalances can also cause pain in specific parts of the body
